This special edition made-to-order piece of history shows off the final big reveal of the movie, as we see our titular girl character as the center of the giant floating eye, at the center of all of the statues, seen above all of everyone else that is also housed within. 
She is not like how she is seen throughout the movie, but instead permanently encased in bronze or stone, just like the other statues in the giant eye in the sky. 
This is just after the main turning point, after the boy breaks the egg, and we see the girl float into the ocean abyss forever with her last breath giving birth to several eggs that look just like the ones that she had protected throughout the entire film. 
The big reveal is her new addition to the stone statues, as from the very beginning where the egg comes down to the world, we see the statues, but now hers is shown prominently in the center of the previous statues as well. The backside shows off the titular 40 year anniversary, with the 0 in 40 showing off the mysterious eye that the girl now takes center stage of.
